App-Only Features

Download the brightwheel app on your iOS or Android mobile device for day-to-day functions, such as logging attendance and activities. Use the app to:

• Log activities, photos, videos

• Student and staff check-in

• Move students to a different room

• Record student attendance via Attendance Mode

• View and edit check-in codes

• Add, edit, and view calendar events

• Add profile photos

• Customize notification settings

Web-Only Features

The brightwheel web app is great for managing school information, maintaining records, and administrator billing functionality. Log in on the web access these features:

• Run a report

• Input immunization records
