The Lesson plans tab, accessible from the Learning Library on the web, is where you can create custom lesson plans, view and assign lesson plans to a room, and modify lesson plan details.

The Room plans tab is where you can view all lesson plans in your school that is assigned to a room. You can also add and assign new lesson plans to rooms from this tab as well.

Lesson Plans vs. Room Plans

Lesson Plans are where you can view or create lesson plans to utilize across the entire program. Lesson plans can then be assigned to rooms which creates a unique copy. They are visible from the Lesson plans tab, accessible from the Learning Library on the web

Room Plans are where you can view the unique copy of a lesson plan assigned to a specific room. These are visible from the Room plans tab within your account on the web.

View and Assign a Lesson Plan to a Room

Assigning a lesson to a room creates a unique copy that is independent of the primary copy. If you edit a lesson before it's assigned to a room, the edit will apply once assigned. If you edit a lesson plan after it's assigned to a room, the edits will only apply to that room. A lesson plan that is not yet assigned to any room is the original copy.
