If you've upgraded your brightwheel subscription to include Experience Curriculum, you are in the right spot!

Navigate to the Learning page from your account on the web, open the Library tab, and select Learning activities to view a complete collection of all activities (aka lessons) for your program.

You can easily view and create activities from this page to build out your program's weekly Lesson Plans. The activities listed on this page are independent of any activities or lessons assigned to rooms and are the original copies.

View Learning Activities

Once you've purchased a physical Experience Curriculum toolkit, the digital versions of these lessons will be visible from the Learning activity collection tab in your account on the web and on the mobile app when viewing a lesson plan.

On the Web

On the App

  1. Log in on the web

  2. Click to open the Learning page from the purple side menu

  3. Open the Library and then the Learning activities tab

  4. View all existing Learning activities for your program

  5. Use the available filters as needed - Learning framework, Skill, Category, and Type
💡 To view Experience Curriculum activities, update the 'Learning framework' filter to EEL Skill Continuum and further filter down from there

  1. From the Rooms screen, select Learning

  2. To view activities already assigned to a Lesson Plan, tap the desired learning activities listed below the displayed lesson plan

  3. To view unassigned learning activities, tap the search icon 🔎 in the upper right corner to search

Edit Experience Curriculum Learning Activities

If you've purchased an Experience Curriculum toolkit and want to modify the associated skills and add any notes to the Learning Activity, that can be done from this tab!

  1. Log in on the web

  2. Click to open the Learning page on the purple menu

  3. Open the Library and then the Learning activities tab

  4. Locate the Experience Curriculum activity to be modified and click it

  5. Click Edit skills in the top right corner

  6. Click + Add or click the X next to existing skills to add/remove

  7. Use the Notes field to adapt, extend, or customize this activity to your group/students and click Save when finished

  8. When finished, click Done at the top of the page

Experience Curriculum Learning Activities can only be edited to add/modify Skills. Editing Skills cannot be done through a Lesson Plan and must be done through Learning Activities.
