Once a Lesson Plan has been assigned to a room for a specific week, it is visible from the web and the app! Review the steps below to learn how to view lesson plans on the app whether your role at the program is Admin, Manager, Lead Staff, or Staff.

View Room Plans on the App as an Admin

Admins and Managers can quickly view lesson plans assigned to a room at any time within the app. Stand-alone learning activities are not visible on the mobile app and can only be viewed when embedded in a Lesson Plan.

  1. Log in to your account on the web

  2. Click to open the Rooms tile

  3. Use the Room drop-down menu at the top of the page to view the appropriate room

  4. Click the Learning icon on the bottom toolbar
💡If a Lesson Plan is assigned to that room for a specific week, it will be visible here. If nothing is visible, the room and week have no assigned Lesson Plan and must be assigned from the web.

  5. Click any Learning Activity on the Lesson Plan to view additional details or Log observation

View Room Plans on the App as a Staff Member

Like Admins and Managers - Lead Staff and Staff roles can also easily view lesson plans assigned to a room at any time within the app.

  1. Log in to your account on the app

  2. Use the Room drop-down menu at the top of the page to view the appropriate room

  3. Click the Learning icon on the bottom toolbar
💡If a Lesson Plan is assigned to that room for a specific week, it will be visible here. If nothing is visible, the room and week have no assigned Lesson Plan and must be assigned from the web.

  4. Click any Learning Activity on the Lesson Plan to view additional details or Log observation

Log Observations

Learning observations can easily be logged for a student from the Lesson Plan itself or by going through the general Logging an Activity flow. Review our Log Observations resource for detailed steps.
