The Student details Report is a powerful tool for providers to quickly access detailed information about your students. Easily view and print key student profile data such as name, birthday, allergies, address, enrollment date, profile notes, and more.
Run the Student details Report
Log in on the web
On the side menu, click to open the Reporting page
Click to expand the Student reports section and then select Student details
Apply filters as needed
Select the appropriate Room or leave none selected to view all rooms
Select a specific Student and Student status
Click Apply to view filtered results
Click Export to download, or Print
💡 To pull additional student profile data like subsidy details, toured date, race, etc., use the Roster Export. Consider leveraging our Custom Reports solution to further customize how profile data is organized.
