Sometimes you just need a paper attendance sheet, or you need parent email addresses for your newsletter, exporting your roster from your account on the web is the fastest and easiest way to get this information!
Log in to your school account
From the menu on the left, click My School and then Students
Use the filter options (Student's Name, Status, and Room) to narrow down the roster, if desired
Please Note: The Roster will default to show all student's with an Active status
Click the orange Export Roster button
Select or add the email address(es) the export should be sent to
Select/deselect the columns that should be included in the export
Make sure to always keep First Name, Last Name, and Homeroom selected!
Please Note: The reports are sent immediately, but if your school is large, this may take a few minutes. Once you receive the email, you can download the report and print.
Click the orange button at the bottom of the pop-up to send to all selected email addresses
The export can include any or all of the following fields:
Enrollment Status, Date, and Additional Details
Desired Start Date
Rooms & *Homeroom
Birth Date (Or Expected Birth Date)
Ethnicity, Gender, and Race
Allergies & Medications
Parent information for all parents: Name, Email, Mobile Phone Phone 1 & 2
Approved Pickup information for all contacts: Name, Email, Mobile Phone, Phone 1 & 2
Family contact information for all contacts: Name, Email, Mobile Phone, Phone 1 & 2
Emergency Contact information for all contacts: Name, Phone 1, and Relationship
