Multi-site Administrators and Organization Reports users can run reports from the multi-site Dashboard across any of their assigned locations. You'll get the same information as single-site reports, but with a bird's eye view that spans multiple locations at once.

Why don't I see all reports at the multi-site level?
Some reports are only available at the individual site level right now. While our team is working to expand the number of reports offered, we apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
If you don't see the report you need in the multi-site Dashboard, you can still run it at each location. Visit Overview of reports & data available in brightwheel for a full list of available reports and where to find them.
