Multi-site reporting gives administrators a bird’s-eye view of billing data across locations, all in one place.
Billing reports offered
The following billing reports are offered at the multi-site level. Providers can run these reports from the Organization dashboard for multiple locations or filter down by the specific location(s).

💡 For non-billing program activity reports (E.g. Meals, attendance), visit Run activity reports across multi-site organizations.
Run multi-site Billing Reports
When running Billing reports across each location, you can filter by location, or choose to see data across all sites. You will only see data for the locations you are given access to.
Log in on the web
At the top of the left sidebar menu, click the current program name
In the sidebar, click Reports and select the desired billing report
