[For Admins + Billing Only role] Report on details for all payments and credits recorded for students

Providers can create a Payments & Credits Report to view details for all student payments and credits, with the option to view total payments for an individual payer. Run this report for one site or across multiple locations.


Create a Payments & Credits Report

  1. Log in on the web

  2. Click Billing in the sidebar > Reports tab

  3. Select the Payments & Credits report

  4. Apply any filters, then click Export or Print as needed

💡 Tip: Export and download the Payments & Credits Report to view advance fields with additional details about the transactions.


How to read a Payments & Credits Report

This report includes several columns to help you understand your program's financial activity:

  • Post date: When the payment or credit was posted to a student's account

  • Student: The student for whom the payment or credit is applied

  • Transaction type: Offline payment, online payment, or credit

  • Payment status: The current status of the payment itself, including Paid, Failed, Refunded, Voided, Pending, or blank (for credits)

  • Amount: The amount after accounting for any partial refunds or adjustments
