Brightwheel makes it easy to run reports across multiple locations within an organization to guide daily operations or broader business decisions.

Multi-site reporting gives administrators a bird’s-eye view of data across locations, all in one place.


Available multi-site reports

Multi-site Administrators and Organization Reports users can run these reports from the multi-site Dashboard, and only in their assigned locations. They provide the same information as single-site reports, but across multiple locations.

Learn what's included

Multi-site Daily served meals Report

View meal counts, meal types, and statuses (free, reduced, paid) within a date range across locations

Multi-site Attendance Report

See student attendance days and subsidy status within a date range across locations.

Multi-site Custom Report

Create tailored student and staff data views across locations

Multi-site Billing Reports

View student and family billing data across locations. Available reports:

  • Aging Report

  • Deposits Report

  • Invoices Report

  • Payments & Credits Report


Run multi-site Daily served meals Report

This report can be filtered by location or meal status, and if you check the box ‘Show student Information’ it will include student names and meal details. Reports can also be exported or printed as needed.

  1. Log in on the web

  2. In the sidebar menu, click the Workspace tile at the bottom

  3. Hit Organization

  4. Under 'Daily served meals' click View Report from the Home page


Run multi-site Attendance Report

This report can be filtered by location or subsidy status, and export or printed as needed.

  1. Log in on the web

  2. In the sidebar menu, click the Workspace tile at the bottom

  3. Hit Organization

  4. Under 'Attendance' click View Report from the Home page

  2. In the sidebar menu, click the Workspace tile at the bottom

  3. Hit Organization

  4. Click Custom Reports in the sidebar menu

Data that can be pulled from the Custom report

  • Student attendance & schedules

  • Student & staff profiles

  • Activities

  • Billing revenue

  • Billing aging data


Run multi-site Billing Reports

When running Billing reports across each location, you can filter by location, or choose to see data across all sites. You will only see data for the locations you are given access to.

  1. Log in on the web

  2. In the sidebar menu, click the Workspace tile at the bottom

  3. Hit Organization

  4. Click Reporting > Reports in the sidebar menu

  5. Choose the billing report
