Brightwheel's Daily served meals Report provides a detailed look at how many meals are served per day, the types of meals (E.g. Lunch, Late Snack), and the specific food items (E.g. Cherries) that students ate.

Create a Daily served meals Report
This report is helpful for providers who want counts of meals served per day regardless of CACFP claimability, or a list of all food items served. When exporting, two options will be available depending on the desired data.
Log in to your account on the web
Click to open the Reporting page
Click the Meals & CACFP tab and select the Daily served meals report
Use the available filters as needed: Room, Meal Status, Dates
Click Apply
Click Export
Click Daily served meal count for total counts of meals
Click Daily served meal items for the specific meal details
Click Export Summary for totals counts of meals
Click Export Records for a list of what food items were served at each meal
Click Download, or Send to Person to email it
