Build a Custom Report for multi-site organizations

[For Multi-site Admins] Learn how to run a Custom Report across multiple locations.

Custom Reports let you create tailored student and staff data reports across multiple locations. You'll get the same information as single-site reports, but with a bird's eye view that spans multiple locations at once, making it easier to spot trends and compare data across your organization.

This article shows you how to build a Custom Report at the organization level. You can also run Custom Reports at individual locations if you need site-specific data.


What data can be customized

You can customize the following data at the multi-site level in a Custom Report:

  • Student attendance and schedules

  • Student and staff profiles

  • Activities

  • Billing revenue

  • Billing aging data

Some data is only available at the individual site level right now. If you don't see the data you need in the multi-site Dashboard, you can run a Custom Report at each location instead.


Create a Custom Report across multiple locations

Staff with Multi-site Admin and Organization Reports permissions can build Custom reports from the Organization dashboard. For detailed instructions on how to build out a Custom Report, visit Build a Custom Report.

  1. Log in on the web

  2. At the top of the left sidebar menu, click the current program name

  3. Click Custom reports in the sidebar menu to begin building a report
