Run activity reports across multi-site organizations

[For Multi-site Admins] Learn how to run attendance, meals and custom reports at the multi-site level.

Brightwheel makes it easy to run program activity reports for attendance, meals, and more across multiple locations within an organization to guide daily operations or broader business decisions.

Multi-site reporting gives administrators a bird’s-eye view of data across locations, all in one place.


Available activity reports for multi-sites

The following program activity reports are offered at the multi-site level from the Organization dashboard. Providers can run these reports across multiple locations or filter down by the specific location(s).

  • Daily served meals Report

  • Attendance Report

  • Custom Report


Run multi-site Daily served meals Report

This report can be filtered by location or meal status, and if you check the box ‘Show student Information’ it will include student names and meal details. Reports can also be exported or printed as needed.

  1. Log in on the web

  2. At the top of the left sidebar menu, click the current program name

  3. From the Home page, locate the 'Daily served meals' box and click View Report


Run multi-site Attendance Report

This report can be filtered by location or subsidy status, and export or printed as needed.

  1. Log in on the web

  2. At the top of the left sidebar menu, click the current program name

  3. From the Home page, locate the 'Attendance' box and click View Report


Run multi-site custom reports

The following activity data can be pulled for a Custom Report at the multi-site level.

  • Student attendance & schedules

  • Student & staff profiles

  • Activities

Steps to run a multi-site Custom Report

  1. Log in on the web

  2. At the top of the left sidebar menu, click the current program name

  3. Click Custom reports in the sidebar menu to begin building a report
