Add Student Profile Picture as Admin or Staff

Administrators and Staff who have Edit Student Information privileges can add or edit student profile pictures.

For Admins:

  1. Select School Profile (iOS) or Admin Tools (Android) from the Administrator Home on the mobile app
  2. Hit the Students button at the top then tap the student you wish to edit
  3. Tap the grey Edit button at the bottom of the circle
  4. Chose to upload a photo or take one with your camera, then make sure to hit Save when you are done

For Staff with Edit Privileges:

  1. Select the Home menu, and tap the student you wish to edit
  2. Click the Profile (iOS) or Pencil (Android) button in the top right corner
  3. Tap the grey Edit button at the bottom of the circle
  4. Chose to upload a photo or take one with your camera, then make sure to hit Save when you are doneĀ 

Add Student Profile Picture as a Parent

Parents (but not Family or Pickups) can add or edit a profile picture for their child from the mobile app.

  1. Open the mobile app and select the child you wish to edit
  2. Click the Profile (iOS) or Pencil (Android) button in the top right corner
  3. Tap the grey Edit button at the bottom of the circle
  4. Chose to upload a photo or take one with your camera, then make sure to hit Save when you are done
