To update your check-in settings, in the brightwheel app:
- Tap the 3 horizontal lines at the top-left of your screen
- Select Admin Tools
- Choose School Profile
- Select Check-in Settings
You'll then see this screen (it will look slightly different on Android devices):
Here you can enable Digital Signatures, Drop-off forms and enable Quick Scan.
Enabling Signatures will require a parent to leave an additional signature at Check-in/out.
Drop-off forms are also a helpful option for parents to leave additional information such as when their child woke up, ate last, the last time they used the bathroom, to set an optional pickup time and to leave a note.
Quick Scan allows parents to check their children in/out via their phones by scanning the QR-Image on a schools device. See it in action here
