Sending the Attendance Report and Audit Log

For providers in the state of Kentucky

If a program has received a request to submit their attendance records to the Division of Child Care, they must provide a copy of their attendance records as well as email their audit logs from their Subsidy Attendance Report to the state.

ℹ️ Instructions on where to send the copies of the attendance records will be included in the request from the Division of Child Care.


View & Send Attendance Report and Audit Log

  1. Log in on the web

  2. On the side menu, click to open the Reporting page and select Reports

  3. Click to expand the Attendance reports section and then select Subsidy attendance

  4. Select the week that the report has been requested for

  5. By default, the Subsidy status filter will have "Subsidized" selected
    ℹ️ As a reminder, you can set a student’s Subsidy status by updating the information in their Student Profile.

  6. Apply Student status filter to all students who are currently or were enrolled at the time of the request:

    • Active

    • Enrolled

    • Inactive

    • Graduated

  7. Click Apply to view filtered results

  8. Click Export

  9. Check the “Include digital signature” box and add your full name

  10. Select “Include attendance audit logs

  11. Enter bwaudits@ky.gov in the recipients box and press Add

  12. Press Email
