The Subsidy attendance Report simplifies tracking and reviewing student attendance for subsidy compliance. It displays check-in/out times, collected signatures, and flags any missing ones.
Providers can easily request digital signatures from student contacts for a full week’s attendance, helping maintain compliance with state agency requirements.
Note: This report does not send records directly to KinderConnect or KinderTrack. Please refer to the linked resources for integration steps.

Request signatures for weekly attendance
Providers can request student contacts to review and sign off on their child’s weekly attendance. These signatures can then be viewed or exported from the Subsidy attendance Report.
Log in on the web
Click Reporting > Reports > Subsidy attendance report
Select filters > Click Apply to view results
Select Request under 'Weekly signature'
Choose the guardian and click Send Request
How guardians provide signatures
After sending the request, the student contact will receive a SMS text or email asking them to review and provide a signature to confirm the attendance records are correct for the specified week.
Signature requests can only be completed from the brightwheel mobile app. Contacts should open the request from their mobile device and ensure their brightwheel app is fully updated.
💡 Tip: Share the resource Submit Weekly Attendance Signatures with families via brightwheel Messaging for steps on how to complete these requests.
