Accurate room assignments are crucial for any program. "Homeroom" is the default room for check-ins and check-outs by parents or staff. "Other Rooms" allow for movement during the day via the "Move Room" feature.
Programs can update homeroom assignments in bulk directly from a room on the web OR by uploading a roster spreadsheet with updated assignments. Our team will review and update student information once uploaded!
💡We recommend using the Upload Tool if you need to update the homerooms for 10+ students or if the students don't have any room assignments. We recommend making updates directly from rooms on the web if only updating homeroom assignments, or for students with existing assignments.
Bulk Update Homerooms via Rooms
Log in to your account on the web
Click to expand My School and then select Rooms
Click to open the appropriate room
Check the box next to the students who need to be updated
Click Change homeroom
Use the drop-down menu to select the new homeroom
Click Confirm to complete the changes
ℹ️ If you need to do this for all rooms at the program, repeat these steps and select a new room each time!
