Admins and Managers can easily generate web-based reports for planned menus and meals served. These reports help collect the data needed to support compliance with the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and reimbursement for qualifying meals and snacks served to children.

Fix meal reporting discrepancies
If your meal reports look off, it's usually due to missing attendance records, incomplete meal details, or something else. We make it easy to spot and fix these issues before they affect your reimbursement.
Go to the Claim checks tab under Menus to see potential issues flagged automatically. We'll show you missing attendance, incomplete meals, and other common problems.
💡 For steps to fix discrepancies, check out Fix CACFP claim check errors.
Why meals show up as 'not_specified'
When staff log a meal without selecting a meal type (like Breakfast or Snack), it counts as "not_specified." To fix this, edit the meal entry and select the correct meal type, or do so from the Claim checks tab.
