Providers participating in Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) can now seamlessly send attendance and meal count data directly from brightwheel to your My Food Program (MFP) account.
With this integration between platforms, you’ll save time, skip manual uploads, and reduce mistakes with manual data entry.
This integration is currently being tested with a small group of programs. If you'd like to participate early, please reach out to your brightwheel account representative.

Tips & notes
Before sending data to MFP, we recommend confirming your attendance and meal counts in brightwheel are correct and make any necessary changes to the raw data. You can edit, add, or delete meals in each student’s activity feed, then fix any attendance records from the Check-in Report.
All claims must still be filed through your food sponsor directly in MFP. These steps only send the attendance and meal data to MFP.
How to send data

Click Reporting > Reports in the sidebar menu
From the Meals & CACFP tab, click My Food Program (Data Sync)
