[For Admins] Run a report viewing the status of form submissions for students!

The Form submission status Report lets providers track form completion, identifying who has and hasn’t submitted based on the form status. It can be filtered by student, room, or enrollment status, helping admins manage reminders to streamline administrative and enrollment processes.


Create a Form submissions status Report

  1. Log in on the web

  2. Click on the Reporting page and select Reports

  3. Select the Students tab or use the search bar to locate the Form submissions status report

  4. Click to open the report

  5. Search for a specific Form name, or filter by Student(s), Room, Student enrollment status, Form status

  6. Click Apply

  7. Click Export

  8. Select Download, or Email to Person to save the report or print

💡Forms can have a submission status of Shared, In progress, Submitted, Changes Requested, Viewed, or Approved. Please review our Form Statuses definitions for what each status means.
