Brightwheel's Room enrollment Report makes capacity and future enrollment planning a breeze by automatically calculating what percentage of the room is filled, open spots, and a total count of students with a Enrollment Status of Active and Enrolled.
Create a Room enrollment Report
Before generating this report, you must set the Room Capacity in mobile app. Please take steps to Set Room Capacity.
Log in to your account on the web
Click to open the Reporting page
Under 'Enrollment Reports', select Room enrollment
Select and search for the 'Room' name
Click Submit
Optionally, under Sort by, filter report fields in ascending, or descending order
Click Export in the upper right corner to download, email, or print the report
