Statements are generated on a monthly basis and record all transaction activity (including invoices, charges, payments, credits, refunds, and adjustments) for each student within that month.
Administrators are able to view current and historical statements, and parents will receive emailed statements each month.
View billing statements
Log in on the web
Click Billing in the sidebar > Students tab
Click a student's name
Open their Statements tab > Press View to open
Print or download the statement as needed
What is included in a statement
Statements include the following information for a monthly period:
Student Name
School Information: Name, Address, EIN (if applicable)
Date the statement sent
Statement period
Summary of the balance due as of the first day of the month
Total amount of charges, payments, credits
New balance total
Activity of the charges posted with amounts, due dates, service dates, invoice numbers, and more
