Providers can choose to keep physical copies of forms or contracts alongside brightwheel. All submissions in brightwheel are downloadable and printable, with the option to receive PDF copies via email.
💡 The quickest way to locate a specific form submission is on the form/contract's submission page or in the Forms & Requests tab on the student's profile.
Print, Download, and Export a Form Submission
Log in to brightwheel on the web
Open the Paperwork page on from the sidebar menu
On the Forms & Requests tab, locate the desired form
Click the form's name to open it
Click Actions drop down menu on the row of the desired submission
If downloading select Download > Yes, download it
If exporting to email select Export > Yes, export it
Once exported, print the file as needed
🚩 At this time, forms can only be downloaded or exported individually by each student, not in bulk.

What if I did not receive the exported form to my email?
If Exporting, an email containing the attachment will arrive with subject line of Printing [Form Name] for [Student Name]. If you don't see it in your inbox after a few minutes, try searching for the subject line, or checking your spam filter.
Why does the exported file include two attachments?
Contract submissions will contain two attachments, one for the contract and one for the additional fields completed.
How do I print the form submission sent to my email?
To print directly from your email, click on the attachment to open a preview and click the print icon in the upper right-hand corner.
