Once a packet is shared, you can easily track the status of the packet, such as if the family is still in progress or has yet to start. This helps identify families who you may need to Message as a reminder to complete forms.
Once packets have been submitted and reviewed, you can mark the packet as approved.
View packet progress
After sharing a packet, providers can view the status of a packet to see who has completed it or are in still progress. You can message families right from the packet page to send a reminder to complete the packet.
Login on the web
In the left sidebar, click Admissions > Admissions packet
Click the packet name, then select the Submission tab
Review the Status column

Approve packet submissions or request changes
Providers can review individual forms from the Paperwork tab but often prefer reviewing the entire packet at once. Take these steps to review a packet holistically to approve or request changes as needed.
Log in on the web
Click Admissions > Admissions packet in the left sidebar
Select the packet, then Actions > Review all on a student row
In the top right, click Form Actions > Approve or Request changes
Click Next to review each form
Understanding a packet's status
The Status column will tell you the overall status of the packet, such as if families completed the packet or if the provider approved it. Review the packet status key below:
Not started: The packet has been shared, but no action taken by the family
In progress: At least one form has been started or viewed by the family, but not all have been submitted
Needs review: All forms are submitted, but not yet approved by the admin
Completed: All forms are submitted and approved by the admin
Changes requested: Admin has requested changes to at least one form
