Providers in Canada can now use all of brightwheel's Billing and payments functionality! 🎉 Premium subscribers can easily collect payments directly from families through brightwheel and have those payments deposited into your school’s bank account. Families can quickly pay providers via Canadian bank accounts or credit/debit cards (if providers choose to accept them).
🇨🇦 For Canadian providers, all charges are billed in the Canadian Dollar, (CAD), paid in CAD and settled in Canadian bank accounts as CAD. Amounts are denoted with a dollar sign ($).
Get Started
To get started, Canadian providers must first make sure they have created a brightwheel account and subscribed to brightwheel Premium. Once complete, providers will add business details and a deposit account in brightwheel. Once the brightwheel team verifies the information, families can make payments!
Begin by following these steps:
Log in to brightwheel on the web
Open the Billing tab from the purple dashboard menu
Click Get set up or the Activate Account tab
Click Add information
