The Billing Digest is emailed to Admins and staff assigned to the Billing Only role every Saturday. This email is meant to be used as a tool for the program's administrative team to double-check which students will receive invoices in the week ahead.
Contents of the Billing Digest Email
The following information will be included in the Billing Digest email:
Student name: each student's name is hyperlinked so you can click on the student's name and go directly to their billing account to make any necessary changes.
Invoice details: a hyperlinked invoice number that will take you directly to the invoice when clicked.
Total charges: the total number of charges that are included in the invoice that is scheduled to be posted.
New Account Balance: the total balance on a student's account. This includes any open invoices that were not paid when the Billing Digest email was sent, as well as the new charge amounts that will be posted in the upcoming week.
Invoice Post Date: the date when the invoice will be posted to the student's billing account.

All students, regardless of enrollment status, can have an active billing plan. If you notice that a student with an inactive enrollment status was included in the Billing Digest, this means that there is an active billing plan on the student's account. If the student should not be charged, you can deactivate the billing plan and void any charges that may have been posted by mistake.
