Navigate to the Learning page from your account on the web, open the Library tab, and select Learning activities to view a complete collection of all activities (aka lessons) for your program.

You can easily view and create activities from this page to build out your program's weekly Lesson Plans. The activities listed on this page are independent of any activities or lessons assigned to rooms and are the original copies.

View Learning Activities

Create and Edit Custom Learning Activities

Create

Log in on the web
Click to open the Learning page from the purple side menu
Open the Library and then the Learning activities tab
Click Create learning activity
Input an activity Title and click Create
Select a Category and Type from the drop-down menus
Include an optional Summary of the learning activity
Click the + Add button in the Skills section to add applicable skills the activity is related to and click Done when finished
💡Skills are associated with your preferred learning framework and can be added to learning activities to log and track student progress easily!
Add optional details such as Age, Duration, and Location
Include a Description of the activity
💡 We recommend including details on how the activity should be set up, completed, etc.
Add optional Supplies from the dropdown list or start typing to add new options
Add optional Notes to adapt, extend, or customize this activity to your group/students.
💡 Notes are only visible to you, and other staff will not be able to view them
Add to room lists to optionally add learning activities directly to a room's list, so when you're searching for learning activities during a lesson plan creation - you can filter by room to quickly find what you need
When finished, click Done in the top right corner

Edit

Log in on the web
Click to open the Learning page from the purple side menu
Open the Library and then the Learning activities tab
Locate the learning activity to be modified and click it
Click Edit in the top right corner
Modify any fields on the activity as needed (like Skills) and click Done when finished

At this time, you cannot edit Skills through a Lesson Plan. In order to edit Skills, you need to do so through the Learning Activity as outlined above.

This feature allows you more flexibility when creating and modifying your lesson plans!

Click to open the Learning page from the purple side menu
Open the Library and then the Learning activities tab
Use the available filters to locate applicable activities
💡 Use the Assign to rooms list option when creating a Learning Activity so you can easily locate activities using the Room filter here
Hover over any learning activity and click the + sign
Choose to add to Lesson plan templates or Room plans using the tabs at the top of the popup window
Search by lesson plan name or theme, as needed
Once the appropriate template or Room plan is located, click Select on that row
Select the Days and Sections the activity should be added to
Click Add learning activity

From the Rooms screen, select Learning
Tap the search icon 🔎 in the upper right corner to search for a learning activity
Tap the plus sign to add the desired learning activity
Select the Day(s) the learning activity will be assigned to
Select the Section(s) the learning activity will appear under
Tap Add to lesson plan
