Open the Charges Report under the Billing or Reports section of your account
Narrow down the report results by using the available filters:
Date from: the earliest date of any charges you'd like included

Example: To view charges between 3/1 and 3/31, filter the report from 3/1 to 4/1!
Student name, Student status, Room
Click Apply when the relevant filters are selected
The report table will display each charge with the following detail and by default will list all charges from the past 30 days.
Post date: The date that the charge was posted (as part of an invoice) to a student's account
Student: The student for whom the charge applied
Charge category: The overall category for the charge such as Meals or Tuition
Charge description: More detail on the charge itself, e.g. Monthly Toddler Tuition (2-year-olds)
Current charge amount: this is the charge amount after accounting for all discounts and adjustments.
To view more details about the charge itself and any discounts or adjustments, you can download the report for richer detail.
The Group By filter option allows you to have all of the charges grouped together by each individual student or by each charge category.
Here you can see all of the charges grouped by student, and the student can be expanded to see each individual charge that was posted to their account within the filtered time period.
Importantly, if you apply the Group by filter, you'll have this setting reflected in the downloaded version of this report as well. Speaking of which...
