[For all Staff] Learn how to view who signed up for program activities and remove sign-ups

Providers can easily see the number of sign-up spots filled, notes left by Parents, and remove any responses.


View who signed up and their notes

To access Sign-up responses, log in on the web and select Paperwork in the sidebar menu.

Select the Sign-ups tab to gain a holistic overview of all the spots filled.

To view individual responses and individual slots, click Actions > View next to the Sign-up form. Under each slot you'll see the number of responses and any comments left by the family.


Remove sign-up responses

If a Parent can no longer attend an event or participate in an activity they signed up for, they can always cancel their sign-up or you can remove them from their spot.

  1. Log in on the web

  2. Click Paperwork in the sidebar menu > Sign-ups

  3. Select Actions > View next to the Sign-up form

  4. Hit the X next to any responses to remove the individual from the spot

Note: A cancellation email will be sent to the Parent if you remove them.


FAQs

Can I manually add parents to a slot?

No, the parent must sign up themselves within their brightwheel account.

Can parents cancel sign-ups themselves?

Yes, parents can easily manage their responses and cancel sign-ups. For instructions, please refer to our family guide: Sign up for program events & activities

How do I message families who signed up for a slot?

While there is not yet a direct link from the sign-up form, you can send a message to those families as you normally would from Messages. Our product team is actively exploring this feature option.
