Providers can export and download sign-up sheet responses directly from brightwheel. This makes it easy to view, print, or share sign-up details like parent-teacher conferences or volunteer schedules.

Export sign-up sheets

When exporting sign-up sheets, you'll have the option to download it, or email the file as a PDF or CSV.

  1. Log in on the web and go to Paperwork > Sign ups

  2. Next to the form, select Actions > Export

  3. Choose PDF or CSV

  4. Select Email to send or Download to save the file

What to expect in your export

  • PDF export: Includes your program name and header at the top, followed by each signup slot. Each slot lists:

    • Slot name (like Parent-Teacher Conference)

    • Date and time

    • The number of people signed up

    • Empty slots appear blank, so you can print the PDF and have families sign up by hand if needed

  • CSV export: Includes all signup data in columns:

    • Slot name

    • Start and end time (with date and time)

    • Signed-up user

    • Child name

    • Notes
