[For Guardians] Learn how to access Sign-up forms requested by your provider.

Through brightwheel, contacts with Parent-level access can complete Sign-up requests shared by their provider to sign up for events, parent-teacher conferences, bringing supplies, and more!


Complete Sign-up requests

To access any sign-up sheets, click on the URL link provided by your provider from a computer or your mobile device to open the request and sign up for the specific event, time slot, etc.

You can add any optional notes or comments for your provider to see. Be sure to hit Sign-up to submit your response.


View & modify your sign-ups

Once you've signed up, you can access your sign-ups within Paperwork > Sign-ups on the web or mobile app. If you can no longer attend or simply wish to change your sign-up or notes, you can easily cancel and select a new slot.

Please note, your current Sign-ups will only appear on the mobile app once you click the URL share by your provider and sign up for a slot.

  1. Log in on the web

  2. Go to My Children > Select the child > Sign-ups tab

  3. Click on the Sign-up form

  4. Hit Cancel next to the slots you wish to remove.

  1. Click on your student’s profile

  2. Tap Paperwork at the top of your child’s feed

  3. Under the Sign-ups tab, review your slots, hit Sign-up to register for additional slots, or click Cancel

💡 If no slots are available or you have questions regarding sign-ups, please contact your provider directly to inquire about your options.
