Prep your brightwheel account and learn best practices for a strong start.

Take a look at this newly updated resource that answers any questions you may have about managing your brightwheel account to prepare for a new year. It details everything you should do when a child graduates, and it also has tips for welcoming new families to your program.

And join us *tomorrow* on 5/29 for a free, live webinar to learn ways you can end your year on a high note and step confidently into a great school year ahead. You'll hear about everything from managing staff changes to setting realistic and measurable goals for your program.


You can now access audit logs for your program's attendance records.

It's now easier than ever to understand and manage check-in and check-out information in brightwheel. When you export the check-in report, there is a new option to include attendance audit logs so you and licensing agencies can see if any changes were made to attendance records and if so, by whom and when.


Use the new weekly digest email to stay on top of upcoming invoices.

You'll now receive a weekly email every Saturday that summarizes all invoices scheduled to post in the coming week. If changes are needed, you can make adjustments up until 11:59pm the night before the invoice posts. If everything looks good, no action is needed on your end ๐Ÿ‘.
