Four exciting improvements to billing are here 🤩.
Thanks to customer feedback, NEW improvements are live in billing today:
Annual & quarterly bill plans. You can now offer families more payment plan options in brightwheel.
Billing Only staff role. Assign your accountant, bookkeeper, or other staff access to billing but nothing else.
Billing notification updates. There is now an option to unsubscribe from all billing notification emails, and soon you'll see a new upcoming invoices digest email.
Edit and void credits. You can now adjust credits and correct any mistakes that might have been made.

Set your pay period so timecards always default to the right date range.
It's now even easier to manage staff timecards and run payroll in brightwheel. When you set your pay period under School Settings or the Time tracking tab, timecards and payroll reports will always default to the right date range.

Share beautiful portfolios with families directly in brightwheel.
As the school year comes to a close, use Portfolios to create a recap of development milestones that you can share with families.
