Year-end statements: These are now available for ALL payers, and you can also access them if needed. Share resources with families and see how to pull statements here.
Taxes Resource Hub: As you get ready to file 2023 taxes, you can count on this hub in the Help Center to answer any questions you may have about 1099-Ks, billing reports, year-end statements, and more.
Deductions: Donât miss out on tax deductions this year! The following can be tax deductible expenses:

Coming soon: Photo and video galleries for guardians.
In the coming weeks, guardians will no longer need to scroll to find their favorite pictures of their children at your programâtheyâll be able to view photos and videos in a gallery view! When guardians go into their mobile app and select a child, theyâll see a âGalleryâ button right under their childâs profile icon, making it easy to find and download snapshots of exciting milestones and treasured moments.
NEW: Administrators will be able to view schedules on mobile devices!
Soon, you'll be able to view student and staff schedules on the brightwheel mobile app. This is currently available on all iOS devices, and it'll be available on Android devices in the next few weeks.
Since many directors and administrators use brightwheel on the go, you'll save time by viewing schedules straight from the brightwheel app on your phone or tablet to quickly determine staffing needs and classroom openings. Simply tap "Schedules" on the Administrator home screen on the mobile app to access the feature.

Hereâs whatâs new with forms, thanks to feedback heard from the community.
Delete forms/submissions. You can now delete forms and individual submissions that you no longer need!
Prefill forms. The ability to prefill Fillable forms is available. You can now add information to a form (such as an incident report) before you send it to a family.
Search & filter forms. Itâs now easier to find forms and submissions in brightwheel, saving you time so you can spend it on what matters most to you.
Payroll pay periods *coming soon*. In the coming weeks, youâll be able to set up your pay periods so you can view timecards and payroll reports by those dates.
