July is here and many centers are getting ready to welcome families back to their programs. This month, we’re excited to share top tips to make preparing for the upcoming school year easy and stress-free, including enhanced billing reports, viewing the brightwheel app in Spanish, and getting your staff certified in using brightwheel.
Looking at historical billing data can be helpful to ensure the future financial health of your program. Brightwheel’s revenue data in the report builder can help you answer questions like:
How much tuition was paid?
How much tuition did I bill families for?
How much in credits did I give out?
How much did agency vs private payers pay?
And so much more!

New: Guardians can now view the brightwheel app and Help Center in Spanish.
Help Spanish-speaking families stay connected to their child’s education and build a more inclusive environment for Spanish-speaking families with brightwheel’s translated mobile and web app experience.
Student contacts don’t need to update any settings to view brightwheel in Spanish—if the locale of the device is Spanish, this will automatically be detected and displayed in the account on the web and app in this language as well.
Whether you’re looking for a quick refresher on brightwheel best practices or are just getting started, brightwheel Academy can help you get the most out of brightwheel.
