Parent contacts can opt to receive Daily Reports for each connected student. Daily Reports are sent via email to the email address associated with a parent’s account and will include all logged activities that are viewable for parents.
💡 It is important to note that if you do not have an email attached to your account, you will need to add one to receive the Daily Report.

Log in to brightwheel on the web
Click on My Profile
Scroll down to the Send Daily Report Email section
Click the purple Edit button and opt-in to daily reports for individual students as needed by selecting Yes

Troubleshooting Daily Reports
Having trouble receiving Daily Report emails? There may be a few reasons why:
The parent’s account may not be connected to the student’s profile.
Parents may need to confirm that they have access to their student’s profile and that an email address has been added to their account.The provider may be logging activities as Staff-Only.
If no activities are visible for the day, we recommend that parents reach out to an administrator to see whether activities may have been logged as Staff-Only.The student may not have been checked out.
Daily Reports will be sent when a student is checked out for the day, so if a check-out was not recorded, no Daily Report will be sent.
