🆕 Manage family sign-ups for events and activities with ease in brightwheel!
You can now create digital sign-up forms in brightwheel – no more chasing down families or managing paper RSVPs. Admins, Managers, and Staff with parent messaging permissions can create forms with specific time slots and share them with parents via a simple link. Create a sign-up form!
Reminder: Update or end billing plans as part of your new school year prep.
As students age up, leave your program, or change schedules, be sure to end or update their billing plans to prevent accidental charges. Now’s a great time to clean up outdated plans ahead of the new school year: deactivate billing plans in bulk or update billing charges. If your rates are changing, you can upload a rate sheet and add students to the rates as the final step, creating their new billing plans.
💡When changing a student’s status from Active to any other status, you can end their billing plan at the same time. Watch this video to learn how!

We now provide Fillable document templates of state-required forms to expedite your paperwork! You can edit these templates or use them as is. Learn how to access our collection of pre-made templates here.
🗃️ Bulk download all Form & Packet responses as a CSV
When bulk exporting all approved forms, you will now receive a CSV file containing all student submissions in addition to a PDF file for each individual student form. The CSV file makes reporting easier by allowing you to view all submissions in one place.
