Keeping enrollment statuses up to date helps you stay on top of your student count and admissions pipeline. You can update multiple students at once by uploading a roster with updated statuses or making changes directly in brightwheel. This guide walks you through both options.
Note: Only staff with Admin, Manager, and Lead Staff permissions can bulk update enrollment statuses.
Update statuses via rooms
This option lets providers update student enrollment statuses room by room.
Log in to your account on the web
Click My School > Rooms
Select the appropriate room
Check the box next to the students who need to be updated
Press Change student status
Select the new status and click Change
Update statuses via Upload Tool
With this option, you can export your student roster as an Excel sheet, update the student status column, and upload it back to brightwheel. Our team will handle the updates for you!
