If a program has received a request to submit their attendance records to the Division of Child Care for CCAP students, they must email a copy of their weekly downloaded subsidy attendance records as well as send their audit logs from their Check-In Report to the state.
ℹ️ Instructions on where to send the copies of the attendance records will be included in the request from the Division of Child Care.
Email Your Subsidy Attendance Reports
Each week, providers must download their Subsidy Attendance Reports with the required parent or guardian daily and weekly signatures as well as the provider’s weekly signature. When the provider receives the audit request, they will be directed to send those weekly reports to a specific staff member at the Division of Child Care. Email each Subsidy Attendance Report to that specified email.
