The Administrator Home page on the brightwheel mobile app gives Admins and Managers quick access to the tools they need to manage their program on the go. From monitoring ratios to messaging, this dashboard keeps key actions at your fingertips.


What you can see from the Administrator Home

💡 Tip: Some features are only available on the web, including billing, staff timecards, and reporting tools. Learn more about feature availability on the web versus app.

View and switch between all rooms for logging activities and taking room-specific actions.

See all program message threads in one place.

View upcoming and overdue student reminders.

Monitor live staff-to-student ratios across rooms.

And more! You can also enter into the Kiosk, Room Device Mode, manage your school profile, and Staff.
