Providers are unable to edit a student contact's email or phone number once the guardian account has been created. Their information will be greyed if you are not able to make changes.
Once a parent, family, or approved pickup signs up for brightwheel, the email/phone number listed becomes their brightwheel username and only the student contact can change their username.
Providers, however, make make changes to their email or phone number if the contact has not yet signed up for brightwheel. See steps for Editing a student contact.
