As a provider, if the contact has not yet signed up for brightwheel, you can make edits to their email or phone number.
However, providers are unable to edit a student contact's email or phone number once their account has been created. Once a parent, family, or approved pick-up signs up for brightwheel, the email/phone number listed becomes their brightwheel username and only the student contact can change their username.
