With just a few taps staff can document when a child had a diaper change, used the potty or had an accident. Along with noting custom details about the potty and diaper cream application, keeping guardians in the loop and maintaining local and state compliance has never been easier!
Log Potty Activities on the App
Log a Potty activity from a Room to share to multiple students' feeds at once or from a specific student's profile to share to their feed only!
Select the applicable Room, or a student profile
Click the Add Activity wheel
Select Potty activity type
Select the type of potty and add details
Tap Add Activity

Log a potty on the web from a room, or a individual student feed.
Click to expand My School and select Rooms, or Student tab
Select to open a room, or navigate to a specific student's profile feed
Click the + Add Activity button
Select Potty
After adding details, click Add
Export Potty Data
After logging potty activities for students, programs can export this data in bulk with brightwheel reporting! The Downloads report will be the most detailed as it documents the type of activity(Diaper, Potty, and Accident) along with any additional selected details(Wet, Dry, Cream, etc.)!
Log in on the web
Click Reporting on the purple menu to open the Reports page
Choose Downloads under the Other Reports section
Select the Type of Activity - Potty
Select the date range, room(s)
Enter the email that you wish to send the report
Click Submit
brightwheel offers additional options for exporting potty data:
Activity Report - View the total count of potty's logged per each student by day. Filter by classrooms and even print daily reports showing potty and other activities logged.
Custom Report - Customize potty data along with other student data fields to show the total counts of potty activities logged across a custom date range, or per room and student.
