See this training guide for a general overview on brightwheel 🍎

Below are some tips & tricks as you adopt brightwheel in the classroom to streamline your day and connect with families.

Write notes using voice/dictation

If you're on the go, it can sometimes be easier to say something over typing something on your phone or tablet. Use your device's Talk-to-Text feature to write a Message or Activity note using your voice/dictation.

Learn & test using Demo Student profiles

If you ever want to play around & test on student profiles without worrying about accidentally sharing information with families, we recommend you use the three Demo Student profiles and the Demo Room on your program's account. If you don't see a Demo Room, reach out to your administrator or the brightwheel Support team at support@mybrightwheel.com.

Access your account on a web browser

If you have an individual teacher login, you can access brightwheel both via the mobile app and web app. There are some functions that are only available on a web browser, and some others are only available on the mobile app. Here is a quick overview of what is available on the web.

Questions? Reach out to brightwheel Support

We always defer to your program's administrator first, but the brightwheel Technical Support team is happy to see if they can help as well! To receive an answer within 1-2 business days, simply email support@mybrightwheel.com using the email associated with your brightwheel account. If you don't have an individual login, write in referencing your administrator's email address. You can also contact Support via the mobile app under Menu > Help.
