  • (App) Tap the icon > Help > Help Center.

  • (Web) From the purple menu, click Help.


Receive updates & news

Visit your brightwheel newsfeed to view the latest info on new or updated features, tips and tricks to get more value out of brightwheel, or register for free events like webinars or workshops!

How to access your newsfeed:

  1. Log in to brightwheel on the web

  2. Click the chat icon (bottom-right of the screen)

  3. Click News


How to contact Support as an Admin or Staff

💡Administrators using brightwheel Premium can reach us via live chat during business hours and receive assistance in seconds!

  1. Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner

  2. Tap Help

  3. Tap Send Message to Customer Service

  4. Create a message to start a Live Chat, or to send your message to the brightwheel Support team if outside Live Chat hours. Staff can use this option to send a message at anytime.

Ask a question

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner

  3. Select Ask a question

  4. Type and send your message

Create a ticket

Our support is designed to fit your day. Quickly submit a ticket at any time by filling out our detailed submission form and our team will keep you updated on the status of your request.

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner

  3. Select Contact brightwheel Support

  4. Fill out the form, then click Create ticket


How to contact support as a student contact

Your child's provider is your primary contact for most questions and can be reached via Messaging in brightwheel. In the rare case of a technical issue or if you need to deactivate your account, our Support Team is here to help.

Families who have downloaded brightwheel's mobile app can reach Support right from their account.

  1. Log into the brightwheel app

  2. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner

  3. Tap Help and then Help Center

  4. Click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner

  5. Tap Send us a message

  6. Type and send your message

  2. Click Help from the purple sidebar menu

  3. Click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner

  4. Select Ask a question

  5. Type and send your message
