Payments & Credits Report

[For Admins] Learn to view & export this report that provides information on all payments & credits recorded for student's at the program.

The Payments & Credits Report details all student payments and credits for administrators. It offers filtering options and enhanced export capabilities for more detailed information.


View and Export

  1. Log in on the web

  2. Open the Billing page from the sidebar

  3. Jump to the Reports tab

  4. Click to open the Payments & Credits report

  5. Adjust the filters accordingly
    💡 The last 30 days is the default time period

  6. Click Apply Filters to view the results that will include:

    1. Post date: The date that the payment or credit was posted to a student's account

    2. Student: The student for whom the payment or credit is applied

    3. Transaction type: Offline payment, online payment, or credit

    4. Payment status: The current status of the payment itself, including Paid, Failed, Refunded, Voided, Pending, or blank (for credits)

    5. Amount: this is the amount after accounting for any partial refunds or adjustments. Export and download the report for greater detail.

  7. Export or Print as needed

    1. To export, click the gray Export button

      1. Deselect any fields you don't want to be included in the export

      2. Select recipients from the list, or add email addresses for new recipients

      3. Click the orange Send to button

    2. To print, click the gray Print button

      1. Adjust your print settings and print on your local device

The export by default contains the following columns as well as the total of the payments:

  • Post date

  • Paid date

  • Transaction type

  • Student

  • Payer

  • Payment status

  • Payment method type

  • Payment method

  • Credit reason

  • Portion applied

  • Invoice applied

  • Charge categories

  • Dates of service

  • Total payment or credit amount
