Brightwheel’s Family learning Report makes it easy to share clear, family-friendly insights into a child’s development. Educators can download and share reports that highlight current progress and upcoming learning milestones in approachable language, keeping families informed without extra work.

  • Customizable by learning domains, skills, sub-skills, and date range

  • Family-friendly descriptions of progress and next learning milestones

Download a Family learning Report

When building a Family learning Report, you customize it by room, student, date range, learning domains, skills and sub-skills.

  1. Log in on the web

  2. Hit Learning > Assessments

  3. Click Select an action > Create family report

  4. Select the student and learning details, then Download report

Once downloaded, the family learning report can be printed, shared in brightwheel as a message attachment, added to a child’s profile as an attachment, or shared in whatever manner you'd like.
