Once a menu is created, it can easily be modified or deleted.
Manage menu templates
You can update the menu template title, add or remove meals, rearrange the meal schedule, or delete it completely.
Note: Editing or deleting menu templates wonât affect menus already assigned to rooms or date ranges. Changes apply only to future menus created from that template.
Edit a template
Log in on the web
Go to My School > Menu
In the Menu template tab, select Actions > Edit next to the template
Make changes and wait for Saved to confirm
Delete a template
Log in on the web
Go to My School > Menu
In the Menu template tab, select Actions > Delete next to the template
Manage menus assigned to rooms
Note: Once a menu template is assigned to a room, it becomes a unique copy. Editing it wonât affect the original template.
From the Room menus tab, you can update a roomâs menu at any time, add or delete meals, edit meal names or types, and change food items.
Log in on the web
Go to My School > Menu
Select the Room menus tab and you can make the following updates:
Add a single meal
Filter by room and date >Â Add meal
Assign an entire menu
Click Select an action > Assign menus to select from your templates
Remove a single meal
Hover over the meal, then click the three dots > Remove
Remove entire menus
Click the trashcan next to the purple menu title
Delete multiple assigned menus at once
Click Select an action > Remove menus to choose the date range
Edit menu food items & meal type
Hover over the meal, then click the three dots:
Click Edit to add or remove food items
Click Change to and select the new meal type (e.g., Breakfast â Lunch)

Once assigned, the menu title and meal days canât be changed.
To update these, edit or duplicate the template, then reassign it to the room.
