Providers can easily edit or delete activities from a student’s feed. Once deleted, the activity will no longer be visible to administrators, staff, or families.
When editing an activity, you can:
Update the time
Add or edit a note
Check or uncheck the Staff Only option
Staff can also use these steps to edit or delete photos uploaded by parents to a student’s feed
Edit or delete activities
On the App
Go to the student’s Feed
Filter for the date range of the activity
Tap the activity to edit or delete
In the pop-up, tap Edit Activity or Delete
On the Web
Go to My School > Rooms and select a room
Open the Feed tab and use filters if needed
Click Edit next to the activity
Click Delete Activity, or make adjustments, then hit Save
Note: If you delete an activity that was included in a student’s Portfolio, the activity will remain on that Portfolio but will not be available to add in the future.
