Manage all locations from a single dashboard (for multi-sites)

[For Multi-site Admins] Learn how to access your Organization dashboard to easily manage all your locations.

Brtightwheel makes it easy to navigate to each individual site and manage all your locations in one central spot from your Organization dashboard.

The Organization dashboard is a tool Multi-site Admins can leverage for the following tasks across their locations:

  • Update staff permissions & default location selection

  • Run pre-made & customized reports

  • Review locations across multiple states & tags

  • And more!


Go to the Organization dashboard

  1. Log in on the web

  2. At the top of the left sidebar menu, click the current program name

  3. Select Organization - manage all locations to go to the Organization dashboard

💡 If you are listed with the Organization Reports role at all locations, you will immediately be logged into the dashboard reports page


How to navigate the Organization dashboard

From the Dashboard you can click to different sections from the left sidebar menu. You'll see the option to manage Staff, Students, Paperwork, Billing, and reporting.


Who can access the Organization dashboard

Multi-site Administrators will have access to the entire dashboard. Staff with the Organization Report role will only have access to reports from the dashboard.
